Pre-Wedding

  • Assistance with determining color scheme, theme, and style of wedding
  • Assistance with concept design of floral, linen and other decor
  • Create a Calendar for Vendor Payments
  • Vendor Recommendation Lists
  • Assist in Selection of Vendors
  • Arrange Appointments with Vendors
  • Attend Vendor Meetings when Available
  • Send ongoing reminders for contract deadlines, payments and wedding timeline
  • Provide marriage license information
  • Rehearsal Dinner Arrangements
  • Hotel Arrangements for Out of Town Guests
  • One Hour Consultation to Finalize Planning
  • Create Timeline and Contact Information
  • Distribute Timeline to Vendors before Wedding Day

Ceremony
  • Two hours of Wedding Ceremony Coordination

Reception

  • Eight hours of Reception Coordination
  • Bring All Items to Reception (cake knife, toasting flutes)
  • Arrange All Place Cards and Table Numbers
  • Review Reception Schedule with Banquet Manager
  • Assist with Reception Design and Setup
  • Set up Bridal Table and Cake Table for Required Items
  • Line up Bridal Party for Announcements at Reception
  • Maintain and Coordinate Timeline for All Events
  • Cue Bride & Groom, Best Man, & Parents for Events
  • Distribute Tossing Items to Guests
  • Deliver Final Payments & Tips to Vendors
  • Arrange Gifts to be moved from Reception to Designated Car
  • Arrange for all Ceremony/Reception Items to be moved from Reception to Designated Car
